RETURNS POLICY
It is super simple and incredibly fair. You can make returns for any reason within 31 days of delivery. It is guaranteed! However, please note that there are conditions for the return: the item must be unused, undamaged, and the original packaging must be retained.

If more than 31 days have passed since the delivery date, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
We do not provide coverage for the return shipping costs, except in cases where it involves an exchange for store credits or a replacement.

HOW TO RETURN
For returns, please email vibes@popartvibes.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

REFUND
100%!

Refund will be processed in the form of direct payment refund or we issue you a form of store credit. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We are generous in our policy, but there is one thing to remind you of: any defective, wrong, or damaged item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. This is because we need to address the issue with the shipper as soon as possible. What should you do when the art arrives? Take photos!

Please note that small stains at the back of the canvas are not considered damage. The art is hand-painted, and our artists use their hands to create it. While they strive to keep the art as pristine as possible, the back may not be in perfect condition. True art collectors do not look for such imperfections; instead, they treasure these unique marks!

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

CANCALLELATION
We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed. Orders that have no response on the approval request within 48 hours are not eligible for a cancellation.
